Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds. Items can be exchanged for another product or a store credit can be applied to your account. Returns for exchange or store credit only apply to items in their original packaging.
We do not warranty the net against damage of any kind. Holes in the net, chew throughs, or damage of any kind, from any source.
Nets that have been used (opened on farm) may not be returned or exchanged for any reason due to cross farm contamination rules.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the original packaging, in the same condition that you received it. Unless otherwise directed by EcoNets.

To complete your return for exchange or store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial credit(s) are granted (if applicable):
Any item that has been opened, discolored or appears to have been used.
Any item not in its original condition, is dirty or discolored, has hay or hair in or on it, is damaged or missing parts for any reasons, not due to our error.
Any item that is returned for exchange or store credit more than 90 days after purchase, is not eligible.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.
If you are approved, then your exchange or store credit will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please note, we do not offer refunds, only exchange or store credit.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at econets@telus.net.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items may be exchanged, within 60 days of purchase for another color, if applicable, at the value of purchase. If sale is over, item may be exchanged, for same item in another color.
Clearance Sale items are final sale. No exchanges.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We accept exchanges within 90 days of purchase, in original packaging. If you have ordered the wrong size or product, and the item is still in its original packaging, contact us for exchange or store credit.
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Then return the item either in person to the EcoNets shop or prepaid to:

(Note: Items sent Collect will not be accepted)
Once item is received and inspected you will be notified via email of approval or concerns. A store credit will be issued for the value of the product, shipping charges are not credited. Once the new item is selected, any difference in price and new shipping charges will be billed to the customer, less the store credit. Once payment is received, items will be shipped to customer.
Gifts
If you received a product as a gift and need to exchange for a different size, you will be responsible for any difference in price. For items exchanged to one of a lesser value, the balance will result in a Store Credit. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive an electronic gift credit for the value of the item, once the returned item is received by us via pre-paid shipping. Upon receipt a gift card will be e-mailed to you.
Shipping
To ship products back to EcoNets, email us at econets@telus.net , explaining why the item is being sent, mail the product(s) with a tracking number and insurance for the value of the item to:

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except for special circumstances.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, without shipping insurance.
