Shipping policy

We use couriers (like Purolator, UPS + Canpar) and Canada Post 'Expedited Service' for our shipping. Orders are usually shipped out the same or next business day from our warehouse in Millet, Alberta. Our products are on the heavier side, especially big nets, so we pass our discounted rates on to you. Insurance is added to all shipments to cover the retail value of the items, in case items get lost. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including any cost to return items to us (note that prior approval is needed for any returns) and the expense to send out replacement products to you. **Note that if for any reason a purchase is refunded, exchanged or store credit given to the customer, shipping expenses are non-refundable.
